Refund Eligibility

• Your book must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of:
  • The ship date, or
  • The course start date — whichever gives you more time.

How to Start a Return

1. Log into your My Account
2. Select the item you want to return
3. Print your return label
4. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be auto-generated

Important: You must include the RMA number for your return to be processed correctly.
