Here’s how to fix common eBook issues — most of our eBooks come from VitalSource or Pearson+.


Wrong Book or Language?

  • Seeing the wrong title or a book in another language?
    Reach out to us by chat, email, or phone for help.

“Sorry, You Don’t Have Access to That Book”

  • Your eBook might have expired if the rental period is over.
  • Check under Expired Items on your digital bookshelf.
    • If it’s not there, contact us — we’ll help you out.

VitalSource Issues

If your book opens but something’s not working:

“An Error Occurred During the VitalSource Redemption Process”

This means something went wrong when trying to connect your account to the eBook.

Try this:

  1. Wait up to 2 hours, then try again.
  2. Still not working? Contact us and we’ll escalate it to our eBook team.
