To receive a check for the amount of Buyback Credit you have on your account, please navigate to the Dashboard portion of your My Account and click on Buyback Cashout Amount (the bonus amount for choosing buyback credit is not eligible for cashout).

Next, either select an existing saved mailing address on file, or enter a new address.  Please note: there $2.00 will be deducted from the amount as a processing fee.

Please allow up to 6 weeks to receive the check in the mail.
