To qualify for a refund, ALL of these must be true:

Timing Requirements

• Purchased within the last 2 weeks (14 days)

Usage Limits

• Haven't viewed or printed more than 20% of your eBook
• eBook must be in online mode (not downloaded for offline use)

Important Courseware Exception

NO REFUNDS for Courseware once the access code is revealed - even if:

• You just purchased it
• You haven't used the code yet
• It's within the 2-week window

Quick Check

Ask yourself:

• When did I buy this? (Must be ≤ 14 days ago)
• How much have I read/printed? (Must be ≤ 20%)
• Is it an eBook or Courseware? (Courseware = no refunds after code reveal)
