When will my financial aid be available for ordering?

  • A and Full-Term Financial Aid and Sponsor/Employee Book funding will be available starting August 15.
  • 12 Week-Term Financial Aid and Sponsor/Employee Book funding will be available starting September 15.
  • B-Term Financial Aid and Sponsor/Employee Book funding will be available starting October 13.
  • CCP students may need to wait 48 hours after course registration for CCP funding to become available for book purchases.

If your funds don't show up, contact:

  • Your schools financial aid office, or
  • Your VA rep (for Veteran Affairs)
  • CCP counselor/advisor (CCP students only)
